Payment
I accept payments in USD via Paypal only.
Full payment upfront (or after the sketch for more complex illustrations).
50% upfront and 50% afterwards can be negotiable.
No refunds (unless i'm unable to finish it due to personal issues).
General Terms
I can refuse requests for any reason.
I usually sketch 2 to 3 composition for the client to choose from.
Composition and character pose can not be changed after sketch stage.
Only minor revisions are allowed during and after rendering stage.
If reaching an excessive number revisions, each revision have an additional cost.
I'll give about 3 updates during the whole process: sketch, coloring and rendering stage.
Once the finished illustration is approved, I'll provide a JPEG file and/or PNG file with 300 DPI via Google Drive.
Copyright/Usage Policy
As the artist, i retain the copyright of the commissioned illustration.
I can publish the finished piece including watermark in my social media and portfolio, unless the client ask for privacy in advance.
Please post the commissioned illustration with credit.
All commissions are for non-commercial use, which includes: use as display on social media ( profile picture, header, post, etc), personal wallpaper and personal print.
Commissions for commercial use requires my permission and an additional fee.
Unauthorized commercial use is strictly forbidden.
